Singapore: The Minister of Defense of Japan Nakatani Gen invited his counterpart of Singapore Chan Chun Sing on Saturday morning (31 May) on the sidelines of the Shangri-La dialogue.
Chan welcomed Nakatani to the occasion, as he had participated within the inaugural version in 2002.
