Moscow (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin stated within the feedback despatched on Sunday stated that the necessity to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine had not arisen and that he hoped that he wouldn’t have arisen.
In a fraction of a subsequent interview with the Russian state tv printed on Telegram, Putin stated that Russia has the power and means to carry the battle to Ukraine to a “logical conclusion”.
Answering a query about Ukrainian strikes about Russia from a state tv journalist, Putin stated: “It was not mandatory to make use of these weapons (nuclear) … and I hope they won’t be requested”.
He stated: “We have sufficient power and means to carry what was began in 2022 to a logical conclusion with the outcome requested by Russia”.
Putin in February 2022 ordered tens of hundreds of Russian troops in Ukraine, in what the Kremlin calls a “particular navy operation” towards his neighbor.
