Putin says he hopes that there isn’t a want to make use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine

Moscow (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin stated within the feedback despatched on Sunday stated that the necessity to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine had not arisen and that he hoped that he wouldn’t have arisen.
