Republican state Rep. Josh Williams mentioned on social media Wednesday that he’s introducing a invoice to make flag-planting in sports activities a criminal offense within the state. Former Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield famously averaged flag in the middle of the Ohio State field after the Sooners beat the Buckeyes in 2017.
