A decide has rejected an American mom’s problem to extradition over allegations she killed two of her kids in Colorado and “fled” to London.
Kimberlee Singler’s nine-year-old daughter Elianna and seven-year-old son, Aden, had been discovered lifeless on December 19, 2023, in Colorado Springs.
Prosecutors performing on behalf of US officers mentioned Singler, 36, “fled” to the US and was arrested in West London 11 days later.
District Judge John Zani informed Westminster Magistrates Court he rejected Ms Singler’s problem to extradition and mentioned the case now went to the house secretary to determine whether or not the 36-year-old ought to be despatched again to the States United.
