Beijing: the Chinese military Tuesday (April 1) stated it had began joint workouts of the military, the navy and the missile drive round Taiwan to “serve by extreme warning and a strong deterrent towards Taiwanese independence”, calling the president of Taiwan Lai Ching-te a “parasite”.
China, which has by no means given up using drive to carry Taiwan below its management, has intensified the navy and political stress towards the island in recent times.

A poster that accompanies the drills entitled “Closing in” and that reveals Chinese warfare ships and fight jets surrounding the island, was launched shortly after the announcement on the Weibo of the Oriental Theater Command.
