The Washington Capitals declared on Thursday that no determination was made on the way forward for Alex Ovechkin within the NHL after an e-mail has been despatched to the house owners of tickets of the season that they name his final season subsequent season.
The Team on Social Media stated that the E -mail was erroneously despatched by somebody to the company gross sales division.
Ovechkin beat Wayne Gretzky’s targets report this spring and now has a complete of 897. The subsequent season 2025-26 is his final one on his present contract, signed in 2021 and turns 40 in September.
Ovechkin stated he intends to play subsequent season, that it could be his twenty first within the championship.
