The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) issued a warning to a Chinese vessel that they stated was illegally crusing close to Philippine territory on Friday, January 17, after monitoring the Chinese vessel for the previous two weeks.
Footage from Jay Tarriela, PCG spokesperson, confirmed a warning being issued over the radio by a PCG vessel whereas Chinese Coast Guard Ship 5901 may be seen up shut.
